SPP at APA Highlights
The 2024 APA Convention included excellent work by Society of Pediatric Psychology learners! SPP sponsored 2024 APA Scholar, Aisha Abdullahi (Nationwide Children’s; mentor Dr. Idia Thurston) and 2024 Student Award Winners: Annisa Ahmed (Texas A&M University, mentor Dr. Terry Stancin), Brittany Ricard (DePaul University, mentor Dr. Gayle Chesley), and Alison Fletcher (Antioch University New England, mentor Dr. Cindy Gerhardt). Award winners not only received funding for the conference but were also paired with SPP Board Members as mentors for the APA Convention.
